Regulation 14 Consultation
Grimston, Pott Row, Roydon and Congham Neighbourhood Plan
This consultation has now closed - The Neighbourhood Planning Group would like to thank all those who took the time to respond to the recent Regulation 14 Consultation. The Group has now completed its review of all the responses in conjunction with the Planning Consultants.
The Consultants are now working on amendments to the draft plan and when completed, the document and supporting evidence will be submitted to King's Lynn & West Norfolk Borough Council. The Borough Council will then take over responsibility for checking the plan, organising a further consultation, before arranging for an Independent Examination by a Planning Inspector. The final stage will be a referendum.

Following this public consultation process, the plan will be reviewed and submitted to the Borough Council of King’s Lynn and West Norfolk. The Borough Council will then invite representations on the plan prior to the Examination by an independent examiner.
Once further amendments have been made the plan will then be subject to a local referendum. If successful at referendum, the plan will be ‘made’ by the Borough Council and be used to help determine all planning applications within the three parishes.
